What Voremi AI collects, why it needs it, and how to get rid of it.

The short version
Voremi AI exists to turn what you say into reminders. To do that it needs your voice input, the reminders it creates from that input, and the tags and people you choose to save. It does not need — and does not ask for — anything else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
What we collect
Account information. An email address so you can sign in and recover your account, and an account identifier that ties your reminders to you.
Voice input. Audio you record while creating a reminder, and the text transcribed from it. This is processed to extract the task, the time, the tag and any person you mentioned.
Content you create. Reminders, notes, meeting notes, calendar entries, tags and the names of people you add to the app.
Usage and diagnostic data. Basic information about how the app is performing — crashes, errors, and which features are used — so we can fix what is broken. This is not tied to the content of your reminders.
How your voice data is used
Audio and its transcription are used to create and improve the accuracy of your own reminders, and to power the AI features you actively invoke — Voremi AI Chat, meeting-note extraction and person recognition.
Processing may take place on our servers or via a third-party speech and language processing provider acting on our instructions. Providers are bound by contract to process data only for the purpose of delivering the feature, and not for their own purposes.
AI features
Voremi AI Chat answers questions by reading the reminders, tags and people stored in your account. It does not read other users' data, and your content is not used to train a general-purpose model without your explicit consent.
Third-party services
- App Store / Google Play — handle purchases and subscriptions. We never see your card details.
- Cloud hosting and database providers — store your account and content.
- Speech and language processing providers — transcribe and interpret voice input as described above.
- Analytics — aggregate, non-identifying product analytics only.
How long we keep it
Account and content data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your content is deleted from our production systems, with routine backups aging out shortly afterwards.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. The fastest route to deletion is the Delete My Account page. For anything else, email codewithkrish061@gmail.com and we will respond.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing, or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Children
Voremi AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit both the amount of data collected and the number of people who can reach it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app.
