Agreement

By downloading or using Voremi AI ("the app"), you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Voremi AI. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You need an account to use Voremi AI. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

What the app does — and what it does not promise

Voremi AI uses automated speech and language processing to interpret what you say and create reminders from it. This technology is very good, but it is not perfect: transcription, time parsing, tagging and person detection can all get things wrong.

Do not rely on Voremi AI as the sole safeguard for anything critical — medication schedules, legal deadlines, medical appointments or safety-related tasks. Always confirm important reminders yourself.

Notification delivery also depends on your device, your operating system's power-saving behaviour and your network. We cannot guarantee that every notification arrives at exactly the intended moment.

Acceptable use

Do not use Voremi AI to break the law, to record people without the consent their jurisdiction requires, to store content you have no right to store, or to interfere with the service or other users' access to it. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Your content

Anything you create in the app — reminders, notes, tags, the people you add — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to operate the features you use. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Free and Premium

Voremi AI is free to download and free to use. Premium is an optional subscription costing ₹499 per month or ₹4,999 per year, which removes the usage limits on AI features.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the app. Refunds are handled under the store's policies, not ours.

Prices may change. If they do, the change applies from your next renewal, and you will be told in advance.

Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. If we ever discontinue the app, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Termination

You can stop using Voremi AI and delete your account at any time via the Delete My Account page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you a different right.
